Invitation request form for associations, events and museums
The request for invitates is closed since June 1st, 2024. No more requests will be processed, neither by email nor by phone.

Invitations to the event may be delivered upon request to association presidents (not members), organizers of mineralogy or gemology events, and museum curators.
For associations, the request must be made by the president themself. In case of a proven identity thief, the invitations will be automatically canceled, with no possibility of appeal.
Limited to 2 invitations per association, and to invitations for 4 days (Thursday to Sunday) or 2 days (Saturday and Sunday).
Credentials will be required (statement, statutes, website with the required information).
Remark: This form is only a preliminary request and has no value without a confirmation from our services.
If your request is accepted, you will receive the invitation via email, from our ticketing platform Weezevent.
We won’t process any email request.
Requests will only be processed until June 1st. After this date, we will no longer be able to issue invitations, and you will have to buy a ticket from online ticketing or on site.
